Mini Class #2

Just in time for the holidays? This second but independent part of the first semester mini classes will cover the very basics of safe food handling, how to stock a pantry, planning & shopping for an event and of course food presentation.  Be it a cookout, graduation or casual party this little life skill can bring a great deal of joy.
